I would rate this place ZERO stars if it was possible. We went in looking at vans for our growing family. We were immediately shown a used vehicle. It was fine but I could tell they just wanted to sell me what had been sitting on the lot. Then they pulled the classic I have someone else interested coming to look at it. I can t believe they actually thought that would work. So we said we wanted to talk it over. They then suggested we put a deposit on the van to secure it and if we changed our mind, the agreement we would be signing would be null and void. We were brought into the finance office. The finance lady was getting all this paperwork and she said she would have to keep our original ownership of the vehicle we were possibly trading in. This immediately brought up red flags. So we wanted to confirm we weren t purchasing the vehicle and explained that the sales guy had suggested we come and put a deposit down while we decide if that was going to be a suitable fit. She said no we were in there to buy the vehicle. We immediately got up and left and the finance lady was visibly upset and annoyed with us (they were just about to close for the day and were hoping for a quick sale). THE CHERRY ON TOP OF THE CAKE was when we were leaving, they were putting up a SOLD poster on the front door with our last name on it. I was in shock with how SCUMMY these people are.

The next few days we spent at Dilawri Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram on Hunt club. We walked in immediately, were talked to, shown NEW vehicles and were given world class service from start to finish. We got an amazing deal on a new van and the best warranty package. I will be dealing with Mike from Dilawri from now on.

Maybe the staff should stop judging people by the way they look when they come in there and stop shopping out of their own pockets. I was not asked one question about my lifestyle or what I needed. As someone who works in sales myself I can spot those slimey sales tricks from a mile away but this was just beyond disappointing.
