I think the approach is very professional. Not only does it directly addresses the customers potential feedbacks, but it also makes the experience more personalized. Kudos to that! Last night's experience at Amarone was really nice and memorable. The restaurant has an intimate and quite private environment. I also appreciated that there are 2 doors so when somebody comes in or out, it doesn't get too cold for the people seated quite close to the entrance. I liked particularly that we can see how the food was plated. It makes it a good part of the experience. I also appreciated that the staff were wearing gloves in serving the food. They were also very attentive and quite engaging.
