Queues were shocking. We did buy tickets in advance and after 1 hour and half had only moved one line with another 4 to go. Estimated queuing time was a total of 4 hours in blistering sunshine. We gave up after the hour and half as we would have only had an hour in the Palace before it closed.

I asked where I could request a refund to be told to press the refund button the website -which doesn't exsist! I wrote to request a refund of tickets and haven't even had a response to my email.
