I attended a New Year's Eve party at this hotel. The venue was very classy and nice, however... There were a few issues. There were no attendants in the ladies restroom so it got pretty filthy and pretty crazy as far as lines, etc. The valet service was a disaster. It was taking people an hour or two to get their vehicles when trying to leave. My friends ended up just going to get our car, despite paying for valet service.
