beware if this company. They re very sneaky and will charge you for everything. I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Andy. He has to be the most unprofessional manager I ve ever met. He wears his emotions on his sleeve. There s nothing you could say to him with out triggering him get all in his feelings and lash out like a child. He couldn t fix any issue that arose in the rental unit. And when I came to him with an issue about tenants not abiding by the terms of the lease, he used me to help evict them, then turned around and told his daddy attorney to sue me since I m a co-signer. I did everything I could to help. He was nice until he got what he wanted, then turned on me. This family owned company is really out for themselves. You re better off dealing with a real company. Especially a company who can pick up a phone when you call, and send everything to voicemail.
