VERY UNSATISFACTORY & UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE! If I could send with no stars, I would! My husband purchased 2 recliners @$1300 each($2600 before tax) two weeks ago. Although he looked them over, there were 2 different employees who repackaged them, 1 was careful, the other was fumbling around. Immediately after opening box, he noticed a tear in the arm. He called & emailed pics. He was told by Tony that they could send someone to repair it. 1 week later we hadn't heard anything, so he called again. They would ask questions then call back saying they need more info. Now we are being told that since he looked it over, Colders is not responsible. How is 1 purchaser supposed to watch 2 different employees package up the purchases at the same time?! We had planned to purchase the matching couch later this year, but due to this service we will NOT be returning! We expect better service when spending almost $2800 on 2 recliners! THIS SERVICE IS TOTALLY UNSATISFACTORY & UNACCEPTABLE!!
