The company is beyond bad, The Customer Service is...

The company is beyond bad, The Customer Service is horrible. No one there knows what's going on. They must all read from the same bad script. The Doctors are on the plan are good. Just, don't ever call the Preferred to talk to anyone. Calling the Customer Service Dept. will make you have to go to the doctor, because they caused you to have a nervous breakdown. I hope the people in charge read these reviews and do something quick or they might be out of business. By the way Hazel and the Customer Service Supervisor, I'm still waiting for that call from you. But, on second thought never mind. I went with another Insurance Company. Good riddance.
