I had my first experience with Lexus on the Park about a year ago while looking for a new car. I was immediately introduced to Tom Homewood, who provided us with a tour of the dealership and took us through all available options. I can't say enough about Tom as my sales contact. He was very knowledgeable about my options and provided outstanding service (which continues to date)! No pressure and very accommodating. After test driving the NX 200, I decided to go with that model. Tom went above and beyond to find the FSport and colour package I wanted, and had the car delivered from out of province immediately. Not only have I been impressed with the service at Lexus on the Park each time I ve brought my car back to have it serviced (and especially the fact that I could take a rental car out for the day as opposed to waiting around at the dealership), but Tom continues to follow up to ensure I am enjoying my car and to keep me updated on new options. Everyone at this dealership goes above and beyond to make this a very personable and great experience highly recommended!
