The staff made us feel like we were not welcome. Our room felt like an ice chest when we walked in, and the water heater for the shower was very inconsistent. Limited parking unless you use their valet which is $25. WIFI in the room was $13, $20 charge to park your car in the smallest parking spaces ever created, $3 per day tourism fee, and coffee and tea were not complimentary. I do not mind paying for these items, however I would have liked to be made aware of them by hotel staff.
