Today is 1/24/18. I started a claim in 11/17. I have made 0 progress on this and the most info I ve gotten is, it s under review. Please do yourself a favor and if you are in the market for insurance, don t even consider this measly excuse of an insurance company. Every person answering phones does an EXCELLENT job of saying the same thing, just in different tones. If you really are interested in finding the cheapest insurance, it comes with a lot of baggage, sadly this is it.

In the meantime, I walk around my house with my feet in the dirt cause my file is under review, oh and they are sending emails to see if it can be expedited....
