Newly renovated and comfortable. Nice lobby and eating area. Unfortunately, had to wait for over 45 minutes for the hotel shuttle and when tried to call the hotel directly, could only talk to the receptionist after calling three times and waiting for over 15 minutes. Only one of the two main elevators was working (service elevator was available as a back up). I complained to Hilton corporate office. Hopefully steps are taken to improve services at the hotel.
