Hotel is great, rooms r excellent!!
Nice staffs
But worst thing is the staffs have poor communication skills n this leads to too many confusions n you end up loosing ur money !!
N worst thing is they wrongly charged me for a food order !!
Even after sending replies they don t realise that it was wrongly charged !! So it s poor system !!
