Surrendered a stray cat, they wouldn't let us through the door so we had to awkwardly stand in a tiny little foyer and fill out a form and then wait while they checked it over in another from. No place to sit while we waited or rest the clipboard as we filled it out. There was also another family surrendering cats so the tiny space was cramped and the rest of my family had to wait outside. The man who helped us was not friendly and didn't really allow us time to ask questions about the process.
