Unfortunately we didn't have a great experience - it was a Friday night, wasn't overly busy. We were sat down by a very unenthusiastic waitress, weren't offered a drink and wasn't very happy to answer a question we had - we sat and waited a good 10 minutes before anyone offered a drink, it was then another 10 minutes before we received our drinks at which point we made sure we ordered our food very quickly, we didn't wait too long for the food but we made sure we ordered another drink whilst the waitress was around. The staff seemed to be milling about not doing anything, chatting amongst themselves rather than serving anyone, we would have certainly ordered another couple of drinks if anyone was around. We ordered some more of the unlimited triple cooked chips - these never came but they were put on the menu (not charged for them as they were free) we got our bill and left. It's a shame because the food is usually pretty reasonable quality but the prices are actually quite high! If the staff were more attentive it would be a much more enjoyable experience.
