The monarch casino was a nice stay. The are practicing COVID policy s, temp checks and the hotel staff and gaming floor seem to keep this sanitized. We stayed one night in a premier king. Rooms are new and nicely furnished. He didn t sleep well, I am a light sleeper, and the walls are thin. I could hear people getting off the elevator. I think next time I ll see if I can get a room away from the elevator end of the hall. As far as dinning they have a large variety of options. When we went to the buffet, there was an hour and half wait we could have got in a queue and been texted when it was our time. We didn t enjoy the buffet cause we were hungry. Over all it was a good stay and the elevators are sometimes confusing. It s New York style selection of a different elevator each time to get back to your room or to the casino floor.
