Although I only have one property with Ultimate Properties, it feels as if they treat me as if I were their largest client. They are responsive and friendly on the rare occasions that I need to communicate with them. If it weren't for timely deposit of rents collected, I would forget that I have a rental property and the headaches that come along with it. I would highly recommend Ultimate Properties.
