BEWARE! NO URGENCY! If you're pet is not actively bleeding on the ground, they do not seem to care. My pet was waiting in the back room for 8 HOURS before receiving ANY diagnostics. I understand that there are levels of care that are priority but if you take your pet to an emergency room you expect assistance within a reasonable time. When I called to get updates they were not at all reassuring or knowledgeable. They kept referring to my pet by the wrong animal-which was concerning. When I went to pick up my pet I called the number I used all day to check in and the line kept saying "unable to answer at this time." I called 6 times over an hour before trying to knock on the door (this is a 24hr facility). NO ANSWER. Receptionist saw me but ignored me. I rang the doorbell, knocked on a window. FINALLY got her to come out. Told her the phone wasnt working and she didn't seem concerned or surprised. She called me for my payment and then I still waited 45 min for them to being my pet out. I understand they get busy but this was so scary and outrageous. Total in and out for an x-ray: 10 hrs. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
