I am so frustrated with this bank. I have had to go in three times and may have to go in again later today if my current issue is not resolved. They are supposed to have "online banking" but it takes 12+ to get any responses and there is no customer service help line. This is the most difficult bank that I have worked with and I have no choice but to use them due to my employer's requests.
