We received exceptional service from Ron at the ...

We received exceptional service from Ron at the front desk :) He was helpful, kind, and caring. The hotel is in a good location off Union Square. It s clean and our room had an amazing view from the 21st floor. My only criticism is the shower - not a proper stand up shower... just a basic tub with a curtain.
