I went in on a Saturday not thinking I was going to walk out with a new used car. John was able to help us out by letting me test drive and show us everything the car had to offer. He made us feel so comfortable with the driving process and continuing with the buying process. He explained everything and was able to answer all of our questions with great detail. The financial office was very open about everything I was buying along with explaining in great detail about the warranties and options we had. I ended up buying a 2017 Passat and love it.
