Beautiful location. Rooms are also pretty great. Breakfast was a nightmare. Overcrowded and stressful. No one makes sure you find a seat. Feels like a street market. Chaotic. Spa service also not to Thai like kind. When they were full instead of sorry we are full but give me your number in case there are cancellations we were barked at we are full !! cannot give you service .
The whole place feels under staffed as if they didn t expect this much people. First time we feel this in Thailand. Value is good and most of the people ( specially the ones who clean) are very sweet - apart from the spa desk. Love the swimming pools. One has more children other ones are more peaceful. It is a great place once they figure out how many people they need. Because of this we eat our lunch and dinner outside the hotel. Would give five stars once the service gets sorted out.
