We were referred to Metropolitan by our regular vet because my cat needed special services. While covid measures are still being practiced, the staff was great in greeting us, checking us in and then taking our cat back. Our vet did an exam and while the prognosis wasn't great, she was wonderful in explaining our options and still understanding us as patients and clients. I felt a thorough exam was given and we received the best care with the given prognosis. If we lived in the area, this would be our every day vet. I appreciate everything that was done for us.
