The room smelled like animal urine, there is a glass pane separating the bathroom from the bedroom so if someone uses it in the night it blinds you when they turn the light on, there is no complimentary breakfast, the shower floor becomes super slippery after using the bar of soap shaped like a fish, they provide you with glass jars of water in your room which is just tap water, the "art exhibits" are mostly just paintings which you have to go to every floor just to see it when the elevator opens. for $299 a night I expected much more.
