Wonderful experience! Shannon broke all the salesman stereotypes and exceeded my expectations. I told him my required features, my preferred features, and my dream features- which was all the info he needed to formulate my psychosocial vehicular profile. He hit the nail on the head because I bought the first and only car he showed me... To be clear, this was NOT an impulse buy. Over the last couple weeks, I wasted hours working with slimey sales staff at other dealerships and spent countless hours searching for cars online. Shannon listened to me and found what I wanted instead of trying to SELL me something. I hope he s still around the next time I need to buy a car!
