Nice atmosphere with good infrastructure.
I went for symposium here.
At the beginning 1964 Institute was called as REC (Regional Engineering College) after years going around 2004 onwards called as NIT Trichy.
Its because of 40 years collaboration between center and state government for all REC are upgraded into NIT
