Called in for a safety recall repair and they wanted me to drop off my car and leave it there for two weeks!!! They would not allow me to schedule an appointment a few weeks out for a 1/2 hour job like the recall form instructed me to do. Called another Dodge dealership and made an appointment easy! Don't go here, these people are all about making it easy for them and difficult for you.
