the worst customer service ever, people at the service department very rude, you take your car to oil change 7 hours later it's done. I can say a lot more but will not waste my time to type more, short and sweet The Worst of the worst what a shame for Mazda, will never ever buy another Mazda, I had a Kia soul before the best service on the planet. will definitely go back to Kia. Let me add what is new, we took our Mazda 9 times to their service department over the same issue.
