LITERALLY A ZERO STAR! So inconsiderate even when they messed up and made my loved one's condition get worse by negligence. I don't want to disclose all the info because that is patient privacy. But literally if someone's condition becomes bad all of a sudden someone should stay with the patient 24/7 or do something to prevent circumstances like what happened from happening. Because of negligence, his condition got bad in the worst way possible, & I'm hoping no one goes through this again or goes to this hospital again because this isn't the first time, but one out of many. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS!!! It's COVID, so obviously you're not letting us see them, but at least take full responsibility for your actions and entrust us with the best care. Just because there's COVID, doesn't mean half of your patients can die in the ICU. But honestly this healthcare system is so messed up that's it's not even easy to sue them even if the mistake was clearly theirs. In addition, majority of the nurses were rude and do not understand the pain that a family member goes through, but instead talk in a condescending tone and even to the point where they were being rude/ignorant when the issue was being addressed upfront. Literally, we had to announce that something was wrong with the patient through many phone calls just to finally reach a nurse to go to that room. This case will not be settled because through this whole process we've all just been extra frustrated about everything than sad.
