They had a 2011 Land Rover Range Rover supercharged running at auction AS IS, and I was an online bidder, I didn't bid, and nobody did. I called the auction after the sale was over to check with the McGonigal rep why the vehicle was running AS IS and if it has any mechanical issue, the rep said that he drove the vehicle 50 miles from the dealership to the auction with no issues, and it was on their lot for sale, and "AS IS" is just a company policy. Anyways, in trusting his words, I decided to buy the vehicle. Within couple of days I received the unit which turned out to have a defective engine worth over $5,000 in repairs. I contacted the auction to check why the dealership rep said that and if I can return the vehicle or at least do a price adjustment since I took his word because I am not physically there to check it; McGonigal refused to offer ANYTHING ! DO NOT BUY from this dealership, they are NOT trustworthy and will LIE about the condition of their cars to sell them.
