I'm sure if you purchase your scooter or cycle from them, their service and availability is great. However, when trying to find parts or service for already owned scooters, they were of no help. Have brought several generic scooter parts in to see if they could fix or replace and was sent away each time. On the upside, they rent scooters to tourists. ;)
