I was pleasantly surprised working with Paul and his office.They are very accommodating in cases where you need to be on a payment plan to pay for your filing costs. I also appreciate how non-judgmental they are. When you go in, they are nothing but warm, supportive and positive. Best attorney ever! I was being garnished, i came to mr.Lee's office scared and stressed the whole tought of walking in to an attorneys office was intimidating for me. However, as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Mr.Lee with a hug. I didnt have the complete money to pay him , but he was willing to work with me. He is very understanding and kind.

Paul answered all of my questions right off the bat and did not hesitate to help me every step of the way. He gave me a price and stuck to it even after he realized my case was more complicated than he thought; in fact, he was more affordable than most other attorneys I contacted and I was able to make installment payments. He provided me with tools to make the whole process simplified such as a website where I entered all of my debt for him to organize for me. The only thing was that he uses a MAC and I'm a PC so sometimes I could not access attached documents in my e-mail and he had to figure out a different way to get them to me. Update: Paul Lee and his team have went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I had a great experience with them. After speaking with Paul, he explained the situation with me (my complaint) and was patient with our questions. Paul truly is an attorney for the people.

Now there are thousands of Attorneys out there that do bankruptcy but there's only one attorney who will make it happen for you and that's Paul Lee ! He charges a reasonable rate he'll even work with you on the payment of those fees. My bankruptcy was a touch-and-go because I was making too much money. My experience was great and everything went very well. Paul and all his staff answered any questions I asked and I would recommend him to my loved ones.

Painless! I expected an interrogation and several forms, paperwork...but it was nothing like that. Paul and his team did all the work. He also let us pay in installments -- and that was so helpful. If anyone I know needs to go through this like me, I'm sending them to Paul.

I was almost finished paying. Only had a couple of hundred left to pay when I fell into more financial dilemmas. Because of the garnishment against my wages, a lot of my money was not accessible.
I had to move back home (out of state). Nothing was done with my case and I called to inform Mr. Lee who had always shown me kindness. Well, $850 later he said he couldn't help me with my case because I moved and would not refund ANY of the money to me. Despite the breakdown of the "filling fees etc." The case was never filed in court, in fact I was told nothing would be done with my case until my fees was paid IN FULL.
I guess that's what to be expected with this form of business. Morals and values never play a part - when you know you didn't do ANYTHING with the case. This attorney is good at what he does don't get me wrong but to know someone is down on their luck and take a opportunity to advance on it is just cruel.

If you can't afford to pay all at once. Think about using this attorney. He won't give you anything back. Trust he will justify why he doesn't have to.

I can say it was an experience that I learned from.

NEW UPDATE. ATTORNEY SAID HE WOULD SEND DOCUMENTS THAT HE PREPARED TO MY NEW ATTORNEY(the documents he said was the reason he kept my money). 3 MONTHS LATER STILL NO DUCUMENTS AND WHEN I CALL THE REP ALWAYS TELLS ME "he said he was going to do it, he's in court now"...

I GAVE UP UNTIL!!!! I applied for legal shield and they are helping me now with trying to get my money back.

My bankruptcy was quick and easy and I moved on without any more stress. If you go to the Main & Mission Inn court, go early because I got lost.
