We had dinner tonight...my husband had blue gill dinner and it was delicious...I ordered prime rib medium rare...it arrived gray on the outside and well done...I sent it back and 20 MINUTES later they bring out another piece ( another lady came out with the waitress) and they told me to cut into it- it was tough and gray on outside and medium well on inside and I said I did not want it. The other lady told me the au jus made it look like that on the outside....I told her I cooked at a restaurant for 17 years (Bluebird in Leland) and our Prime Rib never looked like that.They charged me $3.99 for the salad and $2.99 for the potato.....I believe most restaurants would not have charged me anything. The service was slow and the salad was brought out with the dinner and the salad was warm and wilted. The waitress never came and asked if we wanted more water or soda. I will never go back there....if you do go, DON'T ORDER PRIME RIB....I think they microwave it.
