I am so greatful to have found Doc at 5 grand auto! From the very first time I called him and asked questions and set up a appointment he was so kind to me and promised he would do his absolute best to get me in a car that day. When I showed up to dealership I worked with Doc and Paul.. Best combination ever might I add! They were fast, very friendly, non pushy, honest, and just such positive men in general.. I wasn't judged or made to feel bad or uncomfortable at all considering I came in with the worst credit.. I was in and out in just a few hours. Not only was I comfortable and made to feel right at home but, they really went above and beyond and just made the car experience so easy and stress free not to mention I got a 2016 and was expecting a very old car due to credit and finances. Thank You Doc and Paul and the entire 5 grand auto staff.. Everyone was ginuwinely awesome!
