I really like this place and the staff was really great. I visited radiology and I liked the waiting room - not in a walk way and quiet. The staff and doc there were great, professional and considerate. I felt like a person, didn t feel rushed and felt like I was dealing with a group that was not burnt out. What I d like to see is better signs around the building , it was confusing, but once I found where I needed to enter there was plenty of parking. Again however, lack of signs, I went down a set of stairs that would not open, so I had to back track - signs are not plentiful or clear. I would say the same for inside the hospital- the check in staff were great and they walked me to radiology. I highly recommend this hospital, you will not feel part of a herd, but as a person who is cared for, very well and thoughtfully. Who wants to go to a hospital and feel like a number? At PSL you won t.
Follow Up: while my medical experience at PSL was great it was not with my records. When I left I was told I could see results in about 10 days. At that mark I starting logging in to find no results, I called and asked for radiology and ended up after a couple of days leaving messages that were never returned. I ended up reaching out to my doc who told me they won t posts certain results and they forwarded my results to me. I think there is a an issue here that should be reviewed by PSL in terms of the info you get when checking out and departments returning calls. I would still return as a patient however, but really hope they fix this.
