So far I'm a bit aggravated with this outfit. According to their promo for Dental Insurance they state that if one enrolls in September their plan would take effect October 1, 2014 however, even though I sent them a check (3) weeks ago and they cased it a week ago, they have not yet processed it. Its one day away from October 1st. Apparently they have to send it to the outfit they have a contract with about acquiring members: i.e. Ameritas. I hope its not an indication of their future services.
