Well customer service is basically inexistent. I went for an exchange. The guy say to me if I can open the box without even looking at me and after a bit he indicate in a rude way another guy that should have help. Even this guy did the same and left me there with the box in my hand without trying to help. Well I will proceed with a completely refund.
