Horrible customer/warranty repair service. They've had my daughters Legion laptop for nearly four weeks. No updates via email or calls. Nothing. Have called them four times and they always say we'll "get an update email in 24 - 48 hours". Never get one. This company sucks out loud. If I could give them negative stars, I would.
