I have worked for Conservice for the past two year...

I have worked for Conservice for the past two years, and it has provided an excellent opportunity for me to expand myself professionally. I enjoy the culture and the fact that they have a truly open-door access to pretty much anyone from your immediate leadership up through the CEO, himself. Working in the billing department is challenging and stressful sometimes, but there are good incentives to do your job well and rewards for being successful.

Having been able to work up into leadership myself, I see the efforts that Conservice takes to help people be successful, so it surprises me when I see other reviewers mention how they felt neglected or abused by the company.

I have experienced the company being very open to ideas and making changes based on those ideas. One of the company tenants that has always been apparent is 'continuous improvement.' This extends to helping the employee base, the processes that are used to manage property utilities, and helping property managers and the residents they manage be billed fairly based on the usage at each community.
