Dr. Eugene has been very respectful and accommodating to my 90+ parents who I moved to this area from Greensboro. We had no idea what doctor to choose. Matthews Internal Medicine is one that has a PA that visits the facility my parents reside. Dr. Eugene is accessible, willing to listen and give input/suggestions. He is very knowledgeable and patient.
The staff is also amazing - friendly and helpful; Dr. Eugene's nurse has been SO helpful as I help navigate these last years of my parents lives. At first there was an adjustment period and "getting to know" their system, but with conversation and explanation, we have a good working relationship for the best care to my parents!
