Juan Carlos went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. The car is for me, however, my dad is the one who worked with JC to close the deal. They spent nearly the entire day working through the logistics and such. He provided a comfortable trusting environment where we felt the genuineness of the dealship and himself. Overall, great experience. One of the smoothest and easiest car purchases we have made.

My mom had a Mercedes also, and she purchased hers from Fletcher Jones. She still didn t know about some of the cool features Mercedes cars have to offer. At Long Beach, JC showed me all the exterior features before letting me even get into the car THEN showing me all the interior features.

I was able to show my mom what her car can do based off the new car we ended up buying.
