Wonderful experience at Amarone.

The restaurant is beautiful and comfortable. Food was like what you would expect from a Michelin star restaurant, everything was perfect and on point. The mix of French and Japanese cuisine was well-balanced. The sommelier recommended some good wines for every dish.

There seems to be some negative criticism about the staff, but I think they were good. They seem open-minded, experienced and have a relaxing attitude. When I asked any question about the food, they had an answer. They served the right wines at the right moments and were attentive throughout the night.

Would recommend this place and will definitely come back again.
