1) Simply but perfectly adequate furnished rooms
2) Nice staff
3) Delicious food
4) Large selection at breakfast
5) Good location (200m to train station, 20min to London Victoria)

Flaw: WLAN network is only good for what's appealing or emailing, but not for watching videos

All in all, a good hotel!
