In great need of a complete renovation. Having to be placed in 3 different rooms due to unsanitary conditions, the experience here was nothing short of atrocious. The staff did adequately attempt to make the proper concessions to rectify the situation, however in my eyes there was nothing that could have been done to fix this traumatic experience. As you can see by the pictures the stains on the visible portions of the bed were quite noticeable. These stains were apparent in all 4 rooms. Some people might have been fine with this untidyness, I wasnt. I expected more from one of the supposed best hotels in the area.
