This company pays low salaries for its accountants who do not have citizenship compare to others who do. The company set up a higher standard of hiring people who do not have citizenship and after get hired, there seems like no chance to raise salaries to a level consistent with their ability and achievement and get a promotion. I do not suggest people work here as an accountant.
