I took my mom for a check up on a Saturday morning...

I took my mom for a check up on a Saturday morning. After waiting for approx. 40 mins the doctor was finally able to examine her and then waited another 30-40mins in order to check out. There were 2 receptionists 1 doctor and several patients. When I called the hospital to schedule my mom s mammogram I found out that the doctor wrote the wrong diagnosis codes on the scripts. Now I am not able to schedule the appointment until the doctor fixes the scripts. I am going to have to drive 45mins back to their office because when I called I was only able to get the outside answering service and they cannot even transfer me to the office directly. Their service is so poor!!! ughhh!!! I am so mad at this point. My mom is in pain and this office sucks. please DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE.
