Just a few days ago I had my first experience with the service department at Mercedes Benz South Bay. April was my service advisor, and she was very kind a helpful with my situation. She was able to help me out with a same day appointment along with a courtesy vehicle to get around through out the day. My experience was truly exceptional and I will be asking for April when ever I go in for service.
