Well to start off the salsa greets you and this Puerto Rican loves some salsa. The establishment was not typical that I know of Cuban restaurants but it still had some carribean flair to me with the seating up to the hats the attendants wore. Spacious and very clean and organized. The attendants were great. They were very attentive. The menu is varied and they have quite the selection of drinks/beverages. I had The Hemingway and that shrimp, steak, rice, roasted vegetables and chimichurri were da bomb! The tostones with mojo also were flavorful.

It is my understanding that both tbe chef and owner are Cuban which makes it more authetic. Well it does to me. Unfortunately, I didn't have the coffee and my dessert (flan) I took to go along with an empanada and some macarons. I expect it to be just as delicious or better than my meal. Otherwise I'll post it here.

Am I coming back? Ya doggone right I am!
