We made reservations for dinner. Receptionist herself asks if we would like to dine on the terrace. On arrival it appears that it is not possible to reserve outside and it is said that we have to see if we have a place available. We find a table (4 people from 1 household), but we are not allowed to sit there due to Corona. A whole group of about 12/15 people is sitting around a table around us, that is allowed. When my husband says that we had reserved for outside, the manager argues that this cannot be said because reservations outside are not possible. We leave inside, where we have to move again. Our children really wanted to stay at this hotel (often drive by), but was really a disappointment due to all the hassle.
