I'm giving this place 5 stars because it's one of the very few big hotels on or very close to the Strip left that offers free parking. As a local I'll always choose entertainment options in locations which offer free parking. Rio offers Penn and Teller, Chippendales, Kiss mini golf, Voodoo Zipline amongst others. Good option for locals and visitors alike.
