Appointment at half past three for my grandfather ...

Appointment at half past three for my grandfather of 88yrs, present 10min in advance, then had to wait for 45 minutes and still not helped, until I walk to the counter 13 and say something about it, they seem to have forgotten to register him, so then only helped for an eye drop, now more than an hour further back to counter 13 and waiting for the ophthalmologist while we would be helped, not so !!! We do not receive compensation for parking meter because according to those children who are playing behind the counter here ... we are still in our agreements tyd !!!!!!! Incredible !!!! Never experienced in a hospital, and then you are there with your grandfather of 88 yrs !!!!!! Never again !!!!!
